College of William & Mary, Williamsburg, VA

The College of William & Mary Mosaic House will present a special screening of Inlaws & Outlaws on Wed, February 10th at 7:30 pm.

Co-sponsored by the Lambda Alliance, the event occurs in conjunction with nationwide screenings of the film taking place to raise awareness for Freedom to Marry Week. There will be an informal discussion following the film.

Director Drew Emery (Class of '86) is an alum of William & Mary, and first brought the film to the College for 2009 Homecoming, sponsored by William & Mary Gala.

The screening is taking place in Blow 331. The event is free and open to the full college community -- as well as the general public. Seating is limited.

On subsequent Wednesdays, the following films will play: For the Bible Tells Me So, Trembling Before G-D, and Jihad for Love.

About Mosaic House:

Mosaic House is a co-ed space in the College's Jamestown dorms. Students living in Mosaic House organize their own events-film series, speakers, diversity workshops, cultural fairs. Students are involved in on-going intellectual exchange about culture, diversity, interracial community, and sexuality. Mosaic provides a supportive space for students at the intersection of the campus's growing diversification, and also welcomes students who wish to expand their cross-cultural understanding. Programs serve Mosaic House members and, at times, the broader campus community.
