Alaska Airlines/Horizon Air | SeaTac, WA

In celebration of Pride Month, the Alaska Airlines and Horizon Air HR Compliance and Diversity Programs Department will partner with the Gay, Lesbian or Bisexual Employee Resource Group (GLOBE) to host a Diversity Movie Night screening of the award-winning Seattle documentary Inlaws & Outlaws. The screening takes place on Tuesday, June 14th, at 4 pm in the Seattle Airport - Port Conference Room (International Conference Room) at SeaTac and is open to all Alaska Airlines/Horizon Air employees.

Stepping outside the traditional workplace training setting, this Movie Night Event also features filmmaker Drew Emery leading a discussion and Q&A after the film. Afterwards, join us at a wine and cheese reception as we continue the discussion on relationships, community and Alaska Airlines' commitment to diversity and inclusion.

GLOBE representative and Alaska Airlines and Horizon Air Senior Attorney Daniel Nye was instrumental in connecting the Alaska family with this film. In February, Nye joined the filmmaker in Anchorage for theAlaska Premiere of Inlaws & Outlaws, sponsored by Alaska Airlines. "This film has had a profound effect on diverse audiences -- and opens hearts and minds," says Nye. "I look forward to sharing it with my colleagues at Alaska and Horizon. They're going to have a great time and leave with lots to think about."
