Inlaws & Outlaws Screenings

BPD Annual Conference
Portland, OR

The Association of Baccalaureate Social Work Program Directors hosts Inlaws & Outlaws and director Drew Emery Inlaws & Outlaws at their annual conference on Friday, March 16 in Portland, Oregon.

The film's appearance at the BPD Conference results from the fact that it has already been put to good use as an educational tool at dozens of colleges and universities across the country, including in social work programs. BPD ConferenceLast year, the undergraduate social work program at Ferris State University in Big Rapids, Michigan partnered with their Office of Diversity & Inclusion and student groups to host Drew and the film for three days of guest teaching, student-faculty dialogue and, of course, a packed house for the screening and discussion around Inlaws & Outlaws.

This year's BPD Conference theme is Sustaining Quality BSW Education in Difficult Times.
