Inlaws & Outlaws at UCC Churches
This week Inlaws & Outlaws kicks off a series of free community screenings of the film hosted by UCC churches in Seattle.
In November, we had our 400th community screening of the film -- half of which happened in welcoming congregations of several different faiths and denominations.
Community organizations, schools, congregations and equality groups have joined our Hearts + Minds Campaign by using the film to build support for equality on the grassroots level. Now with our Equality Deal, any individual activist or organization can host the film for free -- while earning money for their cause.
The four Seattle screenings are a pilot program for a national series of screenings at UCC churches sponsored by Bob Lemon of Oklahoma City.

These screenings are made possible through the generous support of Robert D. Lemon of Oklahoma City. Bob Lemon is a long-time community activist, an ally in the fight for LGBT equality and the Executive Producer of this film. With Bob's support, we invite all UCC congregations to screen Inlaws & Outlaws for free. Contact us here to find out how your congregation can take advantage of this program. |
