UPDATE: Our Public TV Drive: almost there!
A month ago we announced that we've been invited to bring Inlaws & Outlaws to public television. As we realized the huge impact this could have over the next three years, we decided that, though time was short, we had to go for it. So we asked for your help to make this possible, and while it's taking a little bit longer than we hoped, we are approaching our goal...
We've raised over $42,000 of our goal of $50,000!
Over 100 of our friends and fans have made tax-deductible contributions, large and small, to bring our current total to $42,056! With support of The Faygele ben Miriam Fund, our first major underwriter, and now Bob Lemon, our Executive Producer, our goal is tantalizingly close at hand.
DonateYou can help put us over the top! Your tax-deductible donation of any size will ensure that we can bring these powerful true stories to living rooms all over the US.

What's the money for?
Public TV is free to all viewers but there are no ads to pay producers for their programs — and the cost of broadcasting them. Underwriting makes that possible. Your support will pay for vital post-production for broadcast, closed captioning, station relations and more. It also pays for production of our new short piece Just Marriage, which will follow the film as part of its public TV presentation. We could really use your help in getting to our goal.
Yes, we've made great progress in the fight for equality. And we think having our stories told has made all the difference in the world. Time after time we've seen that once people know someone gay — and hear their story — they're far more likely to support equal rights.
And that includes the freedom to marry.
YOU are the Hearts + Minds Campaign!
"An incredible opportunity to support an incredible film" — Colleen Short
"I have been a supporter of Inlaws and Outlaws since its inception — what better time than now to leverage the power of its stories about love, family and marriage between two people." — Alan Young
"Gay people and straight allies of Planet Eearth: A few years ago I saw a wonderful, locally-produced documentary on marriage equality. With the election and the marriage equality vote here in Washington state, this film has a chance to really make a difference." — Jen Olson
A gift of any size will make a difference!
